An animal figure mid-throw, the brown leather lace-up cocked back in its raised hand, the other paw on its hip. Behind it, a green duotone halftone of a real photographed crowd. The print followed nine days later.

“After” is the old gallery word for a work made in open conversation with another. It is a lineage, not a shortcut.

From the release

Inspired by the now infamous 'shoe throwing' incident in Iraq, this print was a quick sell-out. Revolution comes in various forms, sometimes in mighty leaps but often in small, antagonistic steps. Now, this imagery can be seen and enjoyed on this version on wood panel. Signed and numbered in an edition of only 4, only 2 of these are being released to the public.
