Verify a CarryCollect record

Paste a certificate ID and you get the record back: the piece, the edition, how it was authenticated, and its address on Solana mainnetif it has one. No account, no fee, nothing to install. Below that are the canonical signatures anyone can use to check a chain record against CarryCollect's own wallet and collection, so you never have to take a certificate page's word for it.

Look up a certificate

Paste a certificate ID to confirm the piece is a real CarryCollect record. No account needed, and nothing is charged. A serial number works too, but serials repeat across pieces, so the certificate ID is the one that identifies exactly one object.

How artist co-credit works

A CarryCollect chain record can name the artist alongside us in its creators list, with the royalty split written in. No artist wallet is on file yet, so today every record names one address: the custody wallet above. That is the expected reading right now, not a missing piece. The first Founding Artist wallet we provision gets published here, and from then on you can check an artist credit against this list rather than trusting a label.

How to verify a cNFT yourself
  1. Open the piece's certificate page on carrycollect.app/registry/your-certificate-id. Scroll to Provenance on Solana.
  2. Click Verify on Solana →. That opens Solana Explorer at the on-chain address for the cNFT.
  3. On Solana Explorer, check the creatorsfield. It always lists CarryCollect's custody wallet (the canonical block above). Artist co-credit begins with the first Founding Artist wallet we provision, so today a single custody address is the expected result, not a missing one.
  4. Check that the cNFT's collection matches the Collection ID from the canonical block. A cNFT that doesn't belong to our collection is not a CarryCollect provenance record, regardless of what any website claims.
  5. Cross-reference the asset name and edition number against what the cert page displays. They should match exactly.
If anything fails to match, the cNFT is not authentic CarryCollect provenance, even if the cert page or marketplace listing claims otherwise. Report suspected counterfeits to trust@carrycollect.app with the asset address.
