The shooter from behind, arm locked straight, the pistol at the head of a figure in the checked short-sleeved shirt. The heads are a fox and a cat, and the pistol is a light gun wired to a console.

“After” is the old gallery word for a work made in open conversation with another. It is a lineage, not a shortcut.

This 7-color screenprint measures approx. 24x16 inches and is printed on gallery stock. The title and imagery are rather striking, in lieu of certain current events in the world. Jermaine mentions, 'It's interesting how our society provides several ways of teaching a child to get very comfortable with the feel of a pistol in his hand. Every little detail of this image has it's own little meaning: I hope some of you will like it.'
