Giveaway Official Rules
Last updated · June 10, 2026
These standing rules govern every CarryCollect community giveaway, including the weekly HandbillHumpDay (HBHD) giveaway. Each giveaway's announcement supplies the week-specific details.
1. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
CarryCollect, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Contact: vault@carrycollect.app. Mailing address available on request. These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta or any other social media platform. Entrants release Facebook/Meta from all liability connected with these promotions.
3. The Series
CarryCollect runs recurring community giveaways, including the weekly HandbillHumpDay (HBHD) giveaway. Each giveaway is a separate, independent promotion. The announcement post for each giveaway states its entry period, entry method, prize, and approximate retail value; those details are part of these Official Rules for that giveaway and are incorporated by reference. If a detail in an announcement conflicts with these rules, the announcement controls for that giveaway only.
4. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of CarryCollect, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Winners of an HBHD giveaway within the preceding 90 days are not eligible during that period.
5. How to Enter
Enter by completing the action described in that week's announcement (for HBHD, posting a photo of a handbill from your collection with the designated hashtag in the announced community space during the entry period), or by emailing vault@carrycollect.app with the subject "Giveaway Entry" and your name during the entry period. Both entry methods are free and are treated identically in the drawing. One entry per person, household, and account per giveaway.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One winner (or the number stated in the announcement) is selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
The prize is the collectible piece (or piece credit) described in that giveaway's announcement, delivered with photography and Gold Certification, with shipping included. The approximate retail value is stated in the announcement; total approximate retail value of all prizes in any single promotion will not exceed $4,999.
The prize cannot be sold back to CarryCollect for credit and has no cash redemption value; it may be kept, gifted, or resold by the winner. No substitution or cash alternative, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Taxes on a prize, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility.
8. Winner Notification and Claim
The winner is notified through the platform on which they entered and by the claim link issued to them. The claim link is unique and single-use; a free CarryCollect account is required to receive the prize. If a winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected (up to three alternates, after which the prize goes unawarded).
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, the winner's display name or handle (never a legal name or address) may be shown in the winners gallery and community announcements. Winners may opt out of the gallery by emailing vault@carrycollect.app.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or violate these rules, and may suspend or modify a giveaway that cannot run as planned due to technical failure or fraud, selecting winners from eligible entries received before the disruption. Prizes are provided as is. Personal information collected for a giveaway is handled according to the CarryCollect Privacy Policy.
These rules are governed by Ohio law. Disputes regarding a giveaway are subject to the dispute terms of the CarryCollect Terms of Service, except that nothing in these rules requires an entrant without a CarryCollect account to arbitrate.
